A comprehensive "well-care" approach, recognizing social factors and emphasizing education, prevention and personal responsibility, may improve the US national healthcare system and reduce disparities.
The 6th Annual National Conference on Health Disparities 2012 is dedicated to these issues and understandings and offer ways to incorporate them into national programs and policies to reduce health disparities and improve the USA overall health.
