This course will provide a practical review of the fundamentals and advances in the MR imaging diagnosis of anatomic variants and common medical and surgical conditions, as they involve the abdomen and pelvis. A series of cases commonly seen in clinical practice has been assembled to illustrate the "pearls" in diagnosis, and the "perils" of failing to recognize important MR imaging findings in a variety of clinical situations. There will be significant time for questions and answers and audience interaction.
