This exciting Wilderness Medicine CME course takes place in the heart of the finest wild trout waters in California-and some of the best in the lower 48 states! The continuing medical education course takes place in the context of a guided flyfishing adventure.
The course is designed for all skill levels-from novices to experts. Outstanding, professional guides will put anglers of similar skill levels together. The angler to guide ratio is 2:1, which means there will be lots of time for instruction of intermediates and beginners. Advanced anglers will be together with expert guides.
The guides are some of the best in the West!... experienced, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. Their goal is to provide you with a memorable flyfishing and wilderness experience.
Clearwater Lodge has the most extensive fly fishing school in the west. Over the past 30 years, they have taught thousands of people the skills and pleasures of fly fishing.

ITINERARY- Flyfish N. California - Wilderness Medicine CME Day 1 Meet at the beautiful Mount Shasta Resort with incredible views of Shasta and Lake Siskiyou. Guided fishing on the spectacular McCloud, Klamath, Lower Sacramento, or Upper Sacramento Rivers
Day 2/3 Guided fishing on the spectacular McCloud, Klamath, Lower Sacramento, or Upper Sacramento Rivers
Day 4 Morning Free: Enjoy optional guided fishing on the Upper Sacramento or spectacular golf at the Shasta Resort. Move to Clearwater Lodge-an Orvis endorsed Flyfishing Lodge on the banks of the Pit River.
Day 5/6 Guided Fishing on the trout rich Pit River, Fall River, Hat Creek or McCloud River.
