HOW TO SUBMIT NOMINATIONS
(1) The process entails invitation of entries in different categories from various organizations. Each Category should be submitted in about 2700 words excluding attachments. Each organization is given the freedom to present the entry using there own creativity, knowledge & empirical data. The supporting with each entry may be of a different nature.
(2) The application for the Award Categories (can also sent entries / nominations for multiple categories & Awards) should submit both as Soft Copy (CD / DVD) & Hard Copy along with Cheque / DD to the following address as mentioned below:

(3) Entry fee per nomination is INR 6000/- + S. T. per nomination). Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of `World HRD Congress` payable in Mumbai, India. Please deliver checks directly to the Co-ordination Office.
(4) The Jury evaluates each entry & prepares a shortlist. The decision of the Jury is final & binding.
(5) On the day of the event none of the applicants /participants know as to who is winning the Award. The envelope is opened by the Jury or the Chief Guest to announce the Award Winners .
(6) Nomination for Individual Category:
Nomination must include the complete details of the Nominated person (Names; Designation; Organization Name, Address, Contact Number, Email ID, Photograph, Achievements, Awards Received, Reason for Nomination. Annexure, Photographs etc., are welcome.
