I recently stayed at the Barcelona Princess Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was big and spacious, offering plenty of comfort and room to relax. One of the best parts of my stay was the beautiful view—whether it was the city skyline or the sea, it was truly a highlight.
However, the location was just okay. While it’s near the Diagonal Mar shopping center and public transport, it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which may be inconvenient for those wanting to explore central Barcelona.
That being said, the hotel itself offers great amenities and a modern design, making it a solid choice for travelers who don’t mind being a little outside the city center.

During my stay, I was particularly impressed by the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The staff in the breakfast area, reception, and housekeeping were all very friendly and responsive. A Galician lady in the breakfast restaurant was consistently attentive, while the Argentine gentlemen at the reception desk efficiently resolved any issues I encountered. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Overall, the warm and helpful attitude of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. Also the rooms are very nice.

Barcelona does not welcome visitors anymore. People were friendlier when I visited Barcelona two years ago. A taxi driver yelled at me for taking his taxi to go to a short distance, which I had no idea since I was a visitor there. The securities at the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia were very rude and treated visitors like potential criminals. I recommend not going to Barcelona until they start welcoming visitors again.

Barcelona is an absolute must-visit destination!
Barcelona is an absolute must-visit destination! With its vibrant culture and stunning architecture, the La Sagrada Familia was a highlight for us. We also had some of the best tapas at Quimet & Quimet, which was an unforgettable experience. Strolling through the Gothic Quarter and soaking in the lively atmosphere of Las Ramblas truly made our trip special. Barcelona never fails to impress, and we highly recommend adding this amazing city to your travel list!

It was great, but Pick Pockets are real thing here, they act quick especially if you are unaware. We arrived in Barcelona City Centre via shuttle bus, and 10 mins later my partner was pick pocketed his camera bag, with several lenses. So be careful!
Other than that, lovely city. We saw the Sagrada Familia, and a lot more of Gaudi's architecture which was fantastic.
We just walked around, bought food wherever catches our attention.

It was a bustling city full of cultural and historical heritage. I stayed for two nights and realised that it was far from enough for a beautiful city like Barcelona which has so much to offer. I will visit again and stay at least 4-5 nights to cover more places.

The food scene is phenomenal, from delicious tapas to fresh seafood and traditional Catalan dishes. The city's coastline adds another layer of charm, allowing visitors to enjoy both cultural exploration and relaxation by the sea.

From the airport to the hotel we took the public bus as this is the cheapest option (€2,50) p.p. The hotel is nearby the metro station “Sants Estacio”. This is a great plus for moving around the city centre Barcelona. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. If you arrive earlier than check-in time, they will store your luggage for free. Each day your room will also be cleaned. I definitely recommand this place.
