IQPC s is pleased to bring you the first event of it s kind to the Middle East and North African region, the HR Technology MENA 2011. This event will bring together leading HR professionals from the region to discuss how they have transformed their HR departments by integrating technology and systems in their HR strategy.
The MENA region has a unique HR landscape and challenges such as high reliance on expatriate workers, strong public sector presence, workforce nationalisation policies, strict workers visa regulations and recent regulatory changes in some countries in payroll systems and WPS.
Despite the recent downturn companies in MENA have come to the realisation of the need to invest and transform their HR departments. This conference will look at how can technology be leveraged to achieve HR strategic objectives and what are the biggest challenges.
