The purpose of this two day International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computer Science and Engineering (ICETCSE-2010) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, practitioners and research scholars on to a single platform. The participants are expected to exchange and share their experiences, innovative ideas and research results about all aspects of Computer Science and Engineering discipline. This forum shall deliberate and discuss the emerging issues, challenges, practical aspects encountered and the solutions adopted.
