As always, it s an Italian and international congress about haute cuisine and pastry, an event starring cooks and chefs, artisans and pastry chefs, producers and mass-medias, with an eye wide open to the whole city and her Fuori Congresso, that is restaurants where you can taste great courses and live steady emotions.
The 3 days congress will end on Wednesday, when the Auditorium stage will host chefs from Emilia Romagna, this edition s Guest Italian Region, led by Massimo Bottura and Igles Corelli, and Tomaz Kavcic s Slovenia, the Guest International Country. Moreover, there will be lessons dedicated to Identit di olio (olive oil, on Sunday) and Identit di pasta (on Monday), ending on Tuesday when chocolate and pastry world will hit the mark.
