Description
Infrastructure Middle East 2011
New huge and fast growing metropolitan areas are mushrooming in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, etc. But the infrastructure is not always able to keep pace. Especially in the fields of water and wastewater, roads and rails as well as underground infrastructure there is a great demand due to the fact that there is no sufficient domestic business base to cope with these tasks yet - planning competence, services, machines and construction supervision have to be bought from abroad.
In this regard the Ministry of Works patronized the well recognized kick-off event "Underground Infrastructure Middle East" in January 2010 that was of such success that it has been enlarged into "Infrastructure Middle East 2011" with now 3 conferences
- Underground Infrastructure
- Water and Waste Water
- Traffic and Transportation
which are accompanied by a large interdisciplinary exhibition directly at the conference catering area. The conferences take place from 17-19 January 2011 at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain.
