One key element is the constant effort to reduce costs. State-of-the-art technology can make a major contribution in this respect. In addition to the presentation of technology for outdoor work, enology and fruit processing, the trade fair will again traditionally feature workshops on different specialist topics relating to viticulture and fruit cultivation. An Austrian Viticulture Day will also be held again as part of the trade fair. The specialist information at the Tasting Corner on wine treatment methods, yeasts, etc. again promises to be very interesting.
