Military satellite networks aid the military with C4ISR objectives. As transmitters of indispensable data,
satellite networks are essential to the optimization of DoD interoperability and net-centricity. Net-enabled operations between platforms such as UAVs and Software Defined Radios are essential to the completion of C4ISR objectives. As a result,
the DoD is dedicated to meeting military satellite communication program requirements by creating partnerships with industry experts.
