Description
The scientific programme of talks and posters is delivered and chaired entirely by PhD students and post-docs. This meeting therefore represents a fantastic opportunity for young researchers to present their latest data to their peers. To allow as many young scientists to contribute as possible, the programme will contain 12 short talks (15 min + 5 min questions). In addition to the 12 talks, the programme will contain two poster sessions (during the lunch break and in the evening) and informal networking slots will include teas in the morning and afternoon and a dinner session in the evening at the end of the meeting.
The key factors for the selection of talks will be the excellence of the science and the interest of the findings. Speakers will be selected in the immediate run up to the meeting to encourage all groups to report on their most recent data.
Prizes will be awarded to the best presentations and posters.
