Description
Dear Collegues,
Over the last 10-15 years our knowledge of parathyroid disorders, including their genetics, pathophysiology, clinical assessment, natural history and management has increased greatly. We have also learned how parathyroid hormone can be used clinically in osteoporosis and potentially also in hypoparathyroidism.
We are pleased to inform you that an International Symposium on these issues will be held at the University of Pisa, Italy. Featuring experts from all over the world, sessions will be focused on novel insights on the control of PTH secretion and action, molecular pathogenesis of parathyroid disorders, primary and secondary hyperparathyroidism and therapeutic uses of PTH.
We look forward to seeing you in Pisa!
