Description
Redlands GIS Week 2010 is being held at ESRI s state-of-the-art headquarters campus in sunny Southern California. The week is dedicated to exploring space-time modeling and analysis aspects of geographic information systems (GIS) and related technologies. Participants will connect with their peers and exchange ideas on advancing geospatial decision making, problem solving, and innovative solutions across industries.
The first event, the Space-Time Modeling and Analysis Workshop , is co-sponsored by the University of Southern California, ESRI, the Association of American Geographers (AAG), and the University of Redlands. It will bring together key scientists working on integrating space and time. Afterwards, one or more publications, including a special peer-reviewed issue of Transactions in GIS, will be produced to share the event s results with a larger audience.
