SAPORE 2010 is a new event launched to represent in an in-depth modern and practical form all the beverage, food and seafood for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, creating an absolutely unique appointment. Starting from the experience of six different expos (MIA, Frigus, Oro Giallo, MSE, DiVino Lounge and Pianeta Birra Beverage & Co), it redistributes companies proposals according to two consumption channels: bars and food service/catering.
Eating and drinking out have new rites and times, as well as changing consumption methods. Just when a survey has monitored what exists, something new and often irrepressible appears.
Aware of this fact, SAPORE 2010 has redesigned the proposal of eating out, free from schematism, offering trade members a range of trendsetting new products that can enrich what they offer their clientele.
Another new feature is that SAPORE 2010 has dedicated a zone - SAPORE 2010 INNOVATION AREA - to hosting all the new products presented at the expo. The area will be divided according to the target channel: bars, restaurants, collective food service and large-scale distribution. A panel of experts will select the best products in each category, which will be highlighted in special showcases and will receive the 2010 SAPORE 2010 INNOVATION AWARD.
Visitors to the expo will also be able vote for their favourite products and the result of this "extended" jury will be announced on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th February.
All the new products will also be illustrated in the SAPORE 2010 INNOVATION BOOK, which will be distributed free of charge to all visitors.
Not just new products, but new ideas too: trade members will have hands-on previewsof the proposals from the best design studios in the Con-Temporary Taste exhibition area: thanks to flexible design solutions, it will be possible to change look, without necessarily having to renovate the venue.
