Description
The SBS Food Journey Festival will be the first event using both the Royal Exhibition Building and the outdoor area in Carlton Gardens. This will not only create a festival feel but will allow exhibitors to showcase greater cooking flexibility whether that is using gas, pits, smokers or BBQs, the ways many cultures traditionally prepare food.
