Energy shortage and sustainable development is a common concern worldwide. How to build automatic, informationized and interactive power grid is a major challenge for each country now. China is no doubt one of the pioneering regions in deploying smart grid. State Grid Cooperation of China (SGCC) announced "Strong and Smart Grid Plan" in the middle of 2009, aiming to establish a strong and smart Ultra-High-Voltage power grid. Under interdependence and cooperation with developed countries, what`s the differentiation of China`s Smart Grid and the features of SGCC`s technology standards?
