SUNA`s 41st Annual Conference will be held October 8-11, 2010, at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, MA. A Call for Abstracts has been issued for (1) the SUNA Search Session, (2) the Research Scientific Session, and (3) Poster Presentations.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is June 12, 2010. - The SUNA Search Session provides SUNA members an opportunity to share an unusual patient case, a urologic pearl (innovative idea related to urologic methods, procedures, programs, or policies that improve patient care), patient education materials, or an experience with a new urology product, procedure, or medication.
- The Research Scientific Session is an opportunity to share research studies and findings with colleagues via a brief oral or poster presentation.
- Poster Presentations may address one of the following areas relative to clinical practice: (a) Clinical: focus on creative nursing interventions using evidence-based best practices. (b) Leadership: focus on leadership issues including style, practice, and related issues. (c) Education/Management: education, management, and delegation.
