Collaboration between the many parts of the subsidence chain is becoming stronger, with protocols for trees and drainage being put into place during 2008. But this is still a challenging area from the technical complexities of subsidence claims to the relationships between insurers, loss adjusters, contractors and local authorities. The Subsidence 2010 Expo is an annual opportunity for all these parties to come together and discuss current and future developments in the sector through a range of focused, interactive workshops.
