- Establish procedures and criteria for reviewing the performance of vendors, suppliers and consultants;
- Establish clarity of the purpose, protocol, and processes needed for managing a meeting in an international destination;
- Evaluate new meeting environments to better meet your attendees` learning objectives;
- Incorporate an understanding of the conditions necessary for successful adult learning into the planning and development of meetings and educational programs;
- Assess new exhibition formats and features to help build your attendance and sponsorship revenues;
- Develop strategies and identify potential partners to help you to host a meeting outside of the US; and
- Develop a negotiation strategy to create positive results and long term partnerships.
