The Wellness Retreat for Woman 2015 is dedicated to the improvement of life and includes daily beachfront meditation, yoga practice, free time to explore the hiking trails, health workshops, stand-up paddle board, surf, walks on the beach, kayak and the opportunity to connect with women who are facing similar challenges and looking for a new way to live.
Women interested to cope with their emotions, reduce drinking, improve relationship with medication, substances, food and/or even men.
