This seminar is being structured to offer policy makers and stakeholders the opportunity to discuss issues for the future of postal services in the UK, including those raised in the recent update - Saving the Royal Mail`s universal postal service in the digital age. We expect discussion to include views on the impact private capital may have on the postal service, prospects for the modernisation programme and the challenges of the possible move of regulatory functions from Postcomm to Ofcom.
