This timely seminar will look at the key issues affecting communities and neighbourhoods, and the next steps in tackling anti-social behaviour and crime.
The seminar will consider the Government framework for cutting crime, how communities can be better engaged in community safety and how the cycle of crime can be tackled through early intervention.
Sessions will also examine the Government`s proposed police reforms, including proposals to give greater freedom to police forces and measures to improve accountability through the establishment of directly elected police commissioners.
