The 4th World Engineering Congress 2010 (WEC2010) is back with the theme, Engineering & Technology for Global Stability and Security. This congress is to follow on the previous congress, to provide an avenue for further deliberations on key issues, particularly those relating to new and innovative areas of engineering and technology.
