Field Support, Installation, and other account team members have a great potential to positively or negatively impact the supplier`s relationship with the customer. This course provides intensive instruction to increase participant understanding of customer personnel and the proper handling of difficult customer situations.
They will gain tools that provide a smoother interpersonal interaction with customer personnel, as well as an understanding of proper approaches for the handling of different conflict situations. Each will receive personal feedback on their interpersonal approach and typical conflict strategies so they may continue to grow after the workshop.
The end result will be enhanced customer relationships and fewer customer problems. A recent customer put the entire field service team through the course, and subsequently reported a 75% reduction in customer problems.
