With the approaching introduction of the new regulation (`China REACH`) concerning the management of new chemical substances in China, manufacturers and exporters of chemical products to China face ongoing challenges in order to comply with the new legislation. China REACH comes into force on the 15th October 2010.
The REACH24H Group (Ireland, China, Canada), together with Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH, are holding a China REACH Workshop in Brussels on October 12th 2010. At this workshop, an officer of the Chemical Registration Centre, Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PRC will deliver the keynote address on `Introduction and Enforcement of China REACH`.
The China REACH Workshop will serve as the platform for debating the practical issues arising from China REACH and will offer suggestions to stakeholders on preparing for compliance.
